Rattling pans in Emmitt Smith’s kitchen
I was invited to cook dinner for fourteen people at the home of former Dallas Cowboy and three-times winning Super Bowl champion Emmitt Smith recently. While Emmitt and his beautiful wife Patty entertained guests in the dining room, I was busy rattling pans in his fabulous kitchen.
The event, raised money for the Pat and Emmitt Smith Charities for Underserved Children and gave the guests a chance to “talk football” with the NFL’s all-time leading rusher while at the same time enjoy some culinary delights that I used to prepare in the royal kitchens at Buckingham Palace.
